Core Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage Social Media communications; maintain a positive online community
• Curate and integrate user-generated and industry content to boost community interaction
• Craft and manage engaging, platform-specific content (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Strategize, execute, and refine paid Social Media campaigns; track and report performance metrics
• Stay ahead of Social Media trends; provide insights and recommendations for continual improvement
• Skillfully navigate potential Social Media crises, upholding our brand reputation

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 1+ year in design or Social Media
• Proficient in current Social Media trends and analytics
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
