Core Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage Social Media communications; maintain a positive online community
- Curate and integrate user-generated and industry content to boost community interaction
- Craft and manage engaging, platform-specific content (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Strategize, execute, and refine paid Social Media campaigns; track and report performance metrics
- Stay ahead of Social Media trends; provide insights and recommendations for continual improvement
- Skillfully navigate potential Social Media crises, upholding our brand reputation
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 1+ year in design or Social Media
- Proficient in current Social Media trends and analytics
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Open to learning and feedback, goal-driven, and independently motivated
