The Social Media Manager will assist in developing Social Media strategies and will be responsible for managing Social Media campaigns for the firm. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: contributing to strategy development, leading project management, liaising with multiple agency partners for paid media efforts, and working with marketing partners and compliance teams to ensure on-time delivery of assets.

This position will report to and work closely with the group's Head of Social Media, as well as other interdepartmental groups and agencies (i.e., Advertising, Events & Public Relations, Channel Marketing, Web, Content, Direct Marketing). The role sits within the Content & Communications team. The ideal candidate will have B2B Social Media marketing experience, as well as familiarity with and interest in asset management and regulations.
What you will be responsible for
As the Social Media Manager you will
- Act as day-to-day contact for and manager of assigned projects, campaigns and/or pitches. This will include liaising with internal groups and outside agencies.
- Lead all project management efforts, from content development to compliance submission to execution
- Develop and leverage social campaigns and content created to curate a robust library the sales organization and other stakeholders can leverage on their LinkedIn pages as part of the social ambassador/seller program.
- Drive execution of campaigns and initiatives to provide maximum value to the firm's clients, prospects and interested parties, on time and in scope.
- Coordinate creation of daily, weekly and/or monthly reports for campaigns and initiatives in alignment with scope requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improving and/or building on campaigns

- Excellent project management skills and experience working with web/graphic designers and other creative professionals. Graphic design skills a plus!
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Communications. MBA a plus!
- Social media marketing and/or agency experience is required.
- 5 - 7 years' experience working in a financial services marketing group; familiarity with and interest in investment management topics. Knowledge of financial advisory marketplace a plus.
- Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms - Sprinklr, Hoostuite; Data, analytics, and metrics oriented.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
