Social Media Manager
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to manage our Social Media platforms. At Dream Spa medical, we want to impact people in a positive way, whether it be improving their self confidence, or allowing them the liberty to achieve goals that they possibly felt unachievable. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and beauty, and has a strong knack for photography, videography, photo and video editing, and graphic design. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for capturing captivating visual content, working with influencers and crafting compelling narratives that align with Dream Spa Medical's brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to implement effective Social Media strategies that drive engagement, reach, and growth.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality empowering content for various Social Media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Capture stunning photographs and videos that showcase our treatments, facilities, and client experiences across our three locations.
- Travel between our three locations to gather content and ensure consistent representation of our brand.
- Edit photos and videos to produce visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions to build a vibrant online community.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan and execute Social Media campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Analyze and report on key Social Media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a portfolio showcasing successful Social Media campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, photo and video editing, and graphic design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to run paid ads and assess results for better conversion.
- Event Planning Experience is a big plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
