The role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our Social Media strategy and implementation. The ideal candidate is passionate about Social Media, stays up-to-date with industry trends, and possesses excellent communication and creative skills. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Social Media campaigns, fostering engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across various platforms.


What you will do…

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
  • Set clear and measurable goals for Social Media campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling and engaging content for various Social Media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to create multimedia content.
  • Maintain and support select senior stakeholders social profiles, social content creation and alignment with the main corporate accounts and generate bespoke content through the year on key initiatives
  • Manage Social Amplification tools such as LiveSocial with the sales enablement team to manage employee social selling

Community Engagement:

  • Foster and grow a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Monitor Social Media channels for trends and conversations relevant to the brand.
  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze Social Media performance using relevant tools.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Adjust strategies based on data and performance feedback.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute Social Media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Social Media into broader marketing initiatives.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure that all Social Media content aligns with the brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Monitor and enforce brand guidelines across all Social Media channels.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Recommend and implement new features or tools to enhance Social Media efforts.

What we expect…

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 + years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • 2+ years experience as a people manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

The Social Media Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, engaging with the target audience, and driving overall digital marketing success. The successful candidate will have a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to excel in this dynamic role.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $100,000-125,000 per year.
