Law office seeks a dynamic, experienced Social Media Manager/Office Assistant. Applicant must be proficient in Social Media/google marketing, Microsoft 365 & Adobe, be able to multi-task and work independently, be neat and organized, have excellent communication and customer services skills, be prompt and reliable, and have a professional appearance and demeanor. Minimum two years of experience.
General duties include:
- Maintain and update firm's Social Media and google presence.
- Greeting clients at the office.
- Intake & maintenance of client info and documents in online portal
- Manage client appointments, updates, and communication
- Prepare and submit Attorney Appearances to courts
- Draft & submit discovery/FOIA requests to prosecutors’ offices and police departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
