Social Media Manager

Impasto is looking for another Bad-Ass to join our team, except this one will primarily be doing the slanging in the background! We are a fun & quirky, hard-working and close-knit team and pride ourselves in giving our guests a fun and positive experience every time. We provide the opportunity to work with Michigan’s and Florida’s top music festivals, sporting events, city events and so much more!

This is a majority work from home position with great flexibility in your own schedule. We are looking for one individual to join us to manage our four company Social Media handles on both Facebook & Instagram.

DUTIES

- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement

-Attend weekly marketing meetings with marketing director to discuss upcoming goals and plan Social Media posts

-Create and curate engaging content including photos, videos/reels & graphics

-Schedule Social Media posts/content

-Post updates, respond to comments and messages.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing

- Build and maintain relationships with influencers

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and technologies

Ideal candidate has experience with Social Media platforms and is able to generate outgoing and edgy tags/posts with company photos and videos. Candidates must be able to take professional looking photos and videos as well as create graphics. This will be an approximate 12-14 hour weekly commitment.
