We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager with dynamic experience to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and driving engagement across multiple Social Media platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing impactful Social Media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies to achieve lead generation objectives, while supporting increased brand awareness, and enhanced customer engagement.
- Oversee paid Social Media campaigns, including budget management, ad creation, and performance optimization.
- Craft and curate engaging content across various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and YouTube.
- Utilize Social Media analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and monitor Social Media accounts, responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including brand ambassadors, and public relations, to ensure Social Media initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging Social Media trends and technologies, adapting strategies to optimize brand engagement and reach.
- Conduct regular Social Media audits and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Social Media management, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful Social Media strategies.
- Expertise in various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and YouTube.
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Social Media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent writing and graphics skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content. Knowledge of video editing and graphic design software is a bonus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and influencers.
