Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to achieve increased brand awareness, increased customer engagement and lead generation
- Oversee the Social Media campaign
- Use analytic tools to track performance, effectively utilize those analytics to make changes
- Collaborate among cross functional teams ensuring the Social Media campaign aligns with the business goals/objectives
- Stay up-to-date on all current Social Media trends
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 5+ years Social Media marketing experience (ideally from a tech company)
- Understanding of customer journey and lead generation
