We currently have an exciting internship opportunity to join the Marketing organization. This candidate will work closely with the Social Media team and will be supporting various Social Media projects such as, but not limited to, Social media asset management, supporting creator/influencer campaigns, and data collecting. This position will be located in a hybrid work arrangement from our Dublin, California office or a remote location.
We are looking for someone who has a deep passion for Social Media and you keep your finger on the pulse of cultural trends across key Social Media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Facebook). You are highly-motivated, innovative, a quick-thinker, extremely organized, a strong multi-tasker, and you excel in a fast-paced environment working alongside a performance-driven team. This role will encompass numerous aspects of influencer marketing including creative concepting, product coordination, content planning, and more.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
· Support Social Media team on creator campaign planning, content planning, and reporting
· Partner closely with Social Leads to coordinate influencer/creator sourcing, coordinating clothing pulls, and ideate on creative concepts
· Maintain a detailed influencer tracker that includes product info, shipping tracking links, status, budget, timing, etc.
· Help manage/organize Social Media assets to improve workflows
· Work with manager & analytics teams ensure campaign data is documented and inputted into internal database
· Work with Manager to identify and build relationships with creators with a strong audience fit and affinity for assigned brand
Required Skills/ Abilities:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Fashion or related field
· High interest in in influencer marketing, Social Media, public relations and/or advertising.
· Strong sense of cultural trends on Social Media especially on Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
· Must have strong organization skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office + Google suite
· Ability to tell a Brand story across organic Social Media channels leveraging Brand & creator content
· Strong understanding of Social Media content publishing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter Pinterest, and Snapchat
· Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Eager to learn with strong collaboration skills
· Sense of humor preferred

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
