With such an exciting, socially savvy brand, we are seeking a self-motivated, “socially savvy type” to join our rapidly growing team .
As one of our Influencer Consultants, you will oversee relationship management for HAIRtamin’s influencers across multiple digital platforms and will be expected to manage & identify influencer partnership opportunities across all social channels. You will advise on trending Social Media influencers, manage & grow the influencer database, and execute influencer content distribution. You should have effective communication and strong copywriting skills. You will report directly to the Social Media Manager. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work directly with some of the world’s most influential creators, across multiple platforms.
This position includes a base salary plus commission based on the influencers that you discover and onboard. The qualified candidate must be available to come to our offices in El Segundo once per week. Other than that, the position is fully remote. This sis a contract position.
Essential Functions:
· Oversee and build upon portfolio of HAIRtamin influencers across all social channels.
· Manage relationships between talent/talent agents to ensure that the talent representing HAIRtamin is aligned with our brand voice, vision & morals.
· Work with Social Media Manager to create a comprehensive strategy for each individual influencer to help reach optimal conversions.
· Identify key influencers and partnership opportunities that are on brand and align with our core strategy.
· Work closely with Social Media Manager on payment, product shipment + delivery to ensure that all influencer processes run efficiently.
· Maintain monthly reporting and key metrics for influencers- ROI, Engagement, Revenue, Cost, Profit and more.
· Be able to hit major monthly deadlines for HAIRtamin influencer onboarding & posting standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Must live and breathe Social Media!
· Possess a vast knowledge of key influencers in the beauty space.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Creative and well-organized
· Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Collaborative and enthusiastic with a positive attitude. High energy a definite plus!
· Strong attention to detail, specifically spelling, grammar and punctuation.
· Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints.
· Proficiency in Social Media native platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Tiktok and whatever is next.
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Existing relationships and experience within the talent and influencer space is a plus.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
