Social Media Designer/Content Creator

Crown Laboratories, Inc. is currently recruiting foraSocial Media Designer/Content Creator, Therapeutics Brands

This position will be located in Johnson City, TN - (On-Site)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Concept, design and create content for multiple brands’ organic Social Media posts
• Create and edit video content, collaborating with our Videographer/ Video Editor
• Work closely with Creative Director to ensure cohesive look & feel and communication style for each brand
• Partner efficiently with Consumer Engagement Manager on projects to meet their needs per brief
• Process project briefs and assess specifics to create final files that adhere to those requirements and details
• Take feedback precisely and make edits and design changes constructively
• Organize all contents & posts for an easy review following a monthly calendar
• Ensure all content is approved for licensing and all copy is proof-read and approved by the Consumer Engagement Manager, brand team and regulatory
• Collaborating with the creative team to define the brand’s design goals to ensure a cohesive look and feel
• Collect, organize, manage and share files and digital assets on the drive for easy access
• Maintain regular communication with the team via Teams chat and emails
• Research and report the latest trends and styles of Social Media
• Understand current design, social, cultural & technology trends and how they relate to the business
• Manage multiple brands in different stages of production to ensure all timelines are met

Job Related Qualifications / Skills:

• 2-4 years experience with Social Media marketing across Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok and YouTube
• Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university or equivalent in Communication Design or related field
• Ability to design visually compelling layouts
• Ability to edit reels and storytell, engaging content through popular sounds of Social Media within Instagram
• An online portfolio that includes examples of digital work that show strong skills in two abilities stated above
• Proficient in Instagram and TikTok and any other video editing tools such as iMovie, Adobe Premiere. Must be proficient designing layouts and storyboards in Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Comfortable in Google doc.
• Patient and open to learning other emerging design software (online platforms & app) if necessary – such as Adobe XD, and any Artificial intelligence tools for image creations
• Creative, organized, focused and attentive to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects for different brands simultaneously and efficiently, meeting deadlines
• Ability to take clear direction and execute dynamic and refined layouts
• Collaborative and open-minded style, taking feedback professionally with a positive attitude
