This internal- and external-facing position involves executing various Social Media (SM) marketing tasks with a primary goal and objective of bettering Acadia and all its brands via Social Media campaigns & platforms. The primary focus of this role is to support the overall initiatives and objectives of the corporate marketing department, the Acadia brand, and the Acadia network of brands. This is accomplished by completing projects and tasks that align with current Social Media strategies and improve/optimize Social Media strategies, resulting in a lift to brand awareness and an increase to volume generated for all Acadia brands in all areas of the funnel. Projects and tasks include, but are not limited to, strategy implementation, strategy improvement, creation of digital advertising posts, execution of posts across multiple platforms, reporting, analysis, research, data entry, Search Engine Optimization, SEM, budgeting, strategy creation, and much more. Position requires the management of leadership and peer expectations both internally and externally. Works with internal teams and external vendors to create and implement digital campaigns/strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Social media platform maintenance, audits, and improvements.
Execute various Social Media tasks; posts, reporting, responses, engagement, maintenance
Coordinate/facilitate all organic Social Media needs for Acadia brands.
Create/Implement Social Media strategies across multiple platforms, brands, and lines of business.
Coordinate with department leadership; Social Media calendar, topics, themes, timeline, and automation.
Coordinate with internal teams; content creation, creative assets, posting schedule, sharing schedule.
Provide Social Media reporting, analysis, trends, recommendations; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Manage Social Media campaigns, including budgeting, creation, execution, and optimization.
Data analysis from Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, and other internally used platforms.
Execute internal tasks to achieve goals and expectations set by management.
Research suitable topics, themes, and guidelines for Social Media trends and strategy improvements.
Implement project tasks, meet timelines, and communicate effectively.
Provide project status updates and deliverables with internal team.
Assist in training business and marketing users in Social Media guidelines and best practices.
Continuously strive for quality improvement by identifying and understanding issues and opportunities.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Facilitate staff training on all of the above and more.
Oversee internal processes and/or focus areas.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
2+ years of experience developing, planning, and executing Social Media strategies across platforms (including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
2+ years of experience working with complex data analysis, strategy optimization, and EXCEL.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.
Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality.
Capable of working within established policies, procedures, and practices prescribed by the organization.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels, both internal and external.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
0-1 year experience in Paid Search, SEM, and Paid Social advertising.
0-1 year experience with SEO
