Social Media Specialist

Salary: $50,000-$75,000 per year D.O.E

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for helping to develop our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Job Duties Include:

· Own our Social Media content and content creation: to include product/jewelry photography, filming of Reels, TikTok’s, stories, etc.

· Assist in the development, implementation and management of our Social Media strategy

· Maintain unified brand voice across Social Media channels

· Interact with users, and respond to Social Media messages, inquiries and comments regularly

· Review analytics and create reports on key metrics

· Keep abreast of the latest Social Media and marketing best practices and technologies

· Monitor Social Media channels for industry trends

· Use Social Media marketing tools such as Sprout Social, Facebook Ad Manager, Pinterest Business Hub, TikTok Creator Portal, Google Analytics, etc.

· Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities that assist in the completion of projects and tasks

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or similar
• 2 years of past work experience as Social Media coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge & understanding of Social Media marketing, paid and organic. Understanding of digital marketing, and content marketing a bonus
• Collaborative thinker, team player, and positive mindset
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X, as well as other Social Media platforms and best practices
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite
