We're looking for a Real Estate Social MediaContent Creator who will create and publish Social Media content across various digital and Social Media channels for ARIVA Homes Social Media campaigns. This team member supports the ARIVA Homes sales team in current and future residential developments and objectives by creating content that drives awareness, action, and loyalty on all Social Media platforms. This role reports to the corporate marketing team and works to strategize, execute and manage a variety of ad campaigns to market new listings from beginning to end with help from public relations, operations, and real estate agent teams. They conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results.
Job Responsibilities
Create and curate engaging content for Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility and attract a larger online audience.
Monitor Social Media trends and provide recommendations for content improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling copy and visuals for Social Media campaigns.
Track and analyze Social Media metrics and provide reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, brand competitors, and emerging Social Media tools and technologies.
Assist in managing the company's blog and website content.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven experience in Social Media management and Content creation.
Proficient in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Familiarity with graphic design tools and experience in creating visual content.
Knowledge of best practices in Social Media advertising and SEO strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
