The Big Task:

Strategy of all Social Media Platforms, Ads, Audiences, Placement, Content & Scheduling

Key Sub Tasks: You will be responsible for developing and executing Social Media strategies that focus on driving measurable performance metrics. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates across various Social Media platforms. This role requires a creative thinker who is also data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
• Content Planning: Aggressive with strategizing and posting content. Collaborating with Content Creators and designers to plan and create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content that resonates with the targeted audience.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze Social Media metrics, including but not limited to engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns. Daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics are based on company growth goals.
• Advertising Campaigns: Manage and optimize Social Media advertising campaigns (paid social) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc., to achieve specific performance goals.
• Audience Targeting: Define and refine audience segments, ensuring that content and ads are reaching the right people at the right time.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about our industry trends and competitors' Social Media strategies to identify opportunities in which to improve upon.
• Research & Growth: Research new Social Media platforms, that fit the targeted audience within the company verticals, for expansion and growth. Prioritizing lead flow for best campaign optimization. Growing followers based on monthly goals.
• Social Listening: Monitor Social Media channels for mentions, trends, and opportunities to engage with the audience and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the Social Media marketing budget to maximize ROI and meet performance objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure that all Social Media activities adhere to industry regulations and best practices, including data privacy and advertising guidelines.

Skills and Experience: Must live in local area. This is not a remote position.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator with a strong focus on performance marketing.
• Proficiency in using Social Media management tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, Google Ads, SEM Rush, Social Ad Platforms and Social scheduling software).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for staying updated in the ever-changing Social Media landscape.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud a plus.
