SUMMARY:
The Social Media Coordinator (Facebook) oversees Facebook, supports events, photoshoots, and outreach to increase brand visibility and build engagement within our current and new audiences. Other responsibilities include community management and outreach, and wholesale partner Social Media account monitoring and guidance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day management (partnership with Marketing Team Members)
- Develops and implements the overall Facebook strategies and content plans for distribution of static, motion and video assets used for Facebook.
- Creates monthly content calendars in line with business requirements with the Beauty Creations Social Media schedule.
- Schedules and publishes the day-to-day content on Facebook.
- Leads copywriting efforts to build the company voice and standards when using emojis and other content on Facebook and the company website.
- Amplifies the company voice on Facebook by responding to Social Media posts and developing discussions.
- Produces engaging on-site content including but not limited to photo capture, photo/video editing and social graphics and communicates with content creators
- Researches and conducts competitive analysis within the beauty industry to identify best-in-class trends and direction
- Tracks, analyzes and reports on Social Media performance in line with set KPIs
- Set monthly targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- Works closely with the Analytics Coordinator to use community insights to drive conversation, build insights and grow the audience
- Other duties as assigned
Content Creation
- Generates unique, engaging and positive campaign ideas to target the BC community
- Uses content creation tools to develop quality content for our priority platforms
- Oversees content creation including but not limited to photography, dynamic video (reels, infeed and IGTV content) written and graphic content
Skill Requirements:
- Sprout or content scheduling experience
- Canva
- Highly experienced with Facebook management

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr (DOE)
