Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient private practice in need of a licensed Certified Physical Therapist. We are a growing and fast-paced campus that offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as on our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (hippotherapy.)

Schedule:
- 15-25 hours a week
- Hours are scheduled in accordance with Company needs
- Primarily based in Norco campus, with occasional need in Corona campus
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Manage public accounts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Curate Social Media strategy geared for growth and engagement.
- Track metrics and make strategic recommendations for optimal engagement.
- Create and execute Social Media calendar.
- Determine ideal post formats (i.e. post, story, video, photo, graphic, etc.) and strategic timing for posts to go live.
- Have pulse on Social Media trends and make appropriate recommendations for how Leaps can use them.
Marketing Administrative Responsibilities:
- Act an internal and external representative of the Leaps marketing department.
- Support execution of marketing objectives.
- Identify ways to grow Leaps good works in the community and with new referral sources.
- Engage with stakeholders (community, referral sources, Leaps families, Leaps staff) to support marketing objectives and drive revenue based activities for the company.
- Support Leaps activities on an occasional weekend, requiring evening availability, with advance notice.
- Other duties, as assigned by Manager.
Compensation
$20.00 – 22.00 hourly
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media and Marketing Assistant or in a similar role.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking & writing preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience taking photos & videos.
- Experience in Lightroom in editing photos.
- Experience in video editing and reel creation.
- Graphic design experience a plus.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, squat, and stoop on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 50-100 pounds.
