About the Job:
The Taco Bell social team is an industry-leading group that develops and builds a breakthrough brand presence, innovative programs and leading community engagement for Taco Bell across social channels and platforms. As the Social Media Community Coordinator this role is foundational to the team by leading the community engagement execution designed to build awareness for Taco Bell, drive restaurant visits and fuel the Taco Bell cult. Reporting directly to the sr. assoc. manager, social strategy this role will focus primarily on the following:
The Day-to-Day:
- The 4 pillars of this role include but are not limited to community management, culture and trend identification, copywriting, and campaign management.
- Execute foundational community management tasks including engaging in comment sections and analyzing/reporting user trends to support social strategy and brand growth.
- Support campaign management by providing strategic input on creative, pressure testing plans, and executing posting and scheduling tasks.
- Lead the identification of key culture, trends, moments, or pop culture relevant to Taco Bell.
- Aid in content creation by collaborating with the coordinator team to craft copy for social channels and identify user-generated content.
Is This You?
- 2+ years experience working in Social Media
- Immersed in internet and gen-z culture and language
- Proven work experience as a community manager and copywriter
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant Social Media platforms, their requirements and best practices
- Well organized and timely without sacrificing strong attention to detail
- Nice to have but not mandatory, strong interest in gaming, youtube or snapchat

Salary Range: $67,700-$79,700 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
