Social Media Coordinator

Juice Generation, an independently owned and operated, New York-based health and wellness company, is seeking an innovative and self-motivated Social Media Coordinator who can develop original content, photography and video. This role will report into our Chief Brand Officer. Our ideal candidate will be highly creative, have a passion for all things social, a deep appreciation of health and wellness, is socially aware – with a keen eye for trends and strong copywriting skills.

About the Job

• Develop timely content that takes advantage of in-store and ecommerce-based offerings, new menu offerings and happenings in the news and trends
• Pitch, shoot, design and create engaging posts & Instagram Stories
• Maintain monthly content calendars and come to the table with ideas for content on a regular basis
• Write highly engaging posts for each social platform, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Monitor and engage with the brand’s followers and community across platforms.
• Proactively suggest and implement strategic changes to content based on a keen creative sense
• Cover brand events/happenings for social (take photos/videos, conduct interviews, etc)
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, and models/talent for commercial projects.
• Source and establish relationships with Social Media influencers

About you

• You live and breathe Social Media and are very tuned-in to the latest social trends
• Have a mastered understanding of Instagram Story tools
• You’re excited about health and wellness and passionate + informed about current events
• Exceptional eye for style, design and taste
• Strong understanding of the social and digital landscape
• You have experience implementing and managing successful Social Media campaigns and can share your work.
• You have 2+ years of experience managing social at a brand (specific experience in health/wellness is a huge plus)
• Strong familiarity with social publishing tools, especially Instagram Stories
• Must be proficient in Adobe CS Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of Video Editing software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
