Member Services/Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Field inbound and outbound communication related to members scheduling and correspondence
• Manage content across social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
• Assist in the planning, execution and reporting of social content on all platforms
• Encourage engagement and build an online community
• Create a positive culture that welcomes, engages, educates and retains members
• Analyze member needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions
• Learn about our different modalities and assist members using them
• Maintain member database
• Run monthly reports at direction of Manager or Owner
• Create and distribute a member newsletter on a quarterly basis

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze member needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Organized with attention to detail
• Writing and editing experience a plus
• Multilingual abilities a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
