We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator. At Inkwell Haven we value community, authenticity, and inclusivity. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our Social Media Manager to execute our Social Media strategy across various platforms. You will be responsible for assisting in content creation, community engagement, and analyzing Social Media metrics to optimize our online presence. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Social Media marketing while contributing to the growth and success of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in the content storytelling process for our Social Media channels, including but not limited to posts, stories, and video content.
- Help track and analyze Social Media metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in Social Media marketing to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Support the Social Media Manager in managing partnership campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in Social Media marketing or related field required.
- Strong understanding of various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and Youtube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging storytelling ideas.
- Proficiency in using Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A passion for storytelling and Social Media.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
