Social Media Content Creator/Editor

Do you thrive on creating engaging Social Media Content? Are you an out-of-the-box thinker? Interested in skin care and surgical procedures? We are seeking a full-time content creator who is an outside of the box thinker, thrives in creating Social Media Content that is attention-grabbing and drives engagement and has experience filming and editing content on Adobe Suite and other editing tools. This position requires a willingness to learn about the dermatological and cosmetic surgery field. Must be comfortable filming surgical procedures in the operating room.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capture content from surgeries, in-office procedures, patient testimonials, product shots, etc.
• Create creative content by editing, captioning, building stories, and posting for various Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube. We are looking for innovative ways to showcase the practice and his current skincare products and collaborations.
• Adhere to strict photo-imaging protocols. Before and after photos of patients must be taken according to the guidelines given by Jason Emer MD, practice during training.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends and competitors along with experimenting with new features/ products, and always trying to optimize our channels to get the most out of our pages and fans.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience for all content channels, including Social Media, mobile, video, especially short-form content.
• Optimize YouTube videos with catchy titles, proper tags, cover photos, etc.
• Write attention-grabbing captions, title cards, and banners for social.

• Partner with creative teams by becoming part of the creative process.
• Support content creation efforts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and additional creative programs and software to edit photo/video assets.
• Monitor and manage online reputation via Social Media comment replies, direct message, reviews, inquiries, and general account management for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Yelp, RealSelf, Google Business, and LinkedIn.
• Being a team player who is flexible and willing to step out of outlined job duties when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
