Social Media Content Creator (Remote)

Small press publishing house is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to help with readership growth.

Dragonblade Publishing, Amazon's #1 Historical Romance small press. We are looking for an Social MediaContent Creator. This is a complete job listing, including rates, so we are up front with the scope of the position. We are growing, so a new hire will have work right away on a part-time basis to start.

* A degree is not necessary, but experience is. Must have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience as an assistant, a PA, Executive Assistant, intern, etc.
* MUST have intermediate to advanced experience posting and managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Have the ability to create and/or make suggestions about posts and understand how each Social media platform works
* Historical Romance or Romance experience is highly desired but not critical.
* Proven mastery of the English language, both written and oral.
* Proficiency with graphic software like Canva and Bookbrush.
* The ability to interact with readers and other employees in a professional, helpful manner.
* A get-it-done attitude and a collegial, flexible work style.
* Responsible, mature individual with a great degree of confidentiality. 

Since this is a remote position, position will be that of an independent contractor (1099).

-20 hours per week to start
-$21 hourly to start 
-Hours can be flexible but since Dragonblade is west coast based, hours must be completed during west coast business hours.
-This is a five day a week position, 4 hours daily.
