Our marketing team requires assistance with day-to-day tasks involving Social Media, email, SMS and all other digital marketing channels. We are searching for someone who is highly organized, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines at once. The ideal candidate should possess both creative and administrative skills, including the management of Social Media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, content production, and follower growth strategy.
The key to success in this role is to ensure that all conversations align with Lilly's Kloset's mission, identity, and values.This position involves a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Creating and publishing engaging posts daily across various Social Media platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok
- Writing captivating copy for Social Media posts, product descriptions, marketing and communication materials, and infographics
- Coordinating all content creation, including videos, graphic designs, imagery and inspirational images
- Conceptualizing and producing IG Reels & Stories, TikTok, and behind-the-scenes footage and other supporting assets for editorial photo shoots and campaigns
- Identifying trends, sounds, and viral concepts by searching hashtags, brands, and other influencers on TikTok and other social platforms
- Engaging with fans and followers, answering customer inquiries, and covering company events on social networks
- Preparing and assisting the production coordinator during product photo shoots by steaming garments and styling clothing and accessories on models and tabletops.
- Assisting with on-set photo shoots, including travel/location coordination, driving to locations, setup and takedown
- Supporting the daily operations of the marketing team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow and to make sure all deadlines are being met while keeping projects on track for delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years related work experience (preferred).
- Enthusiasm for Social Media and fashion content creation.
- Familiar with Inshot, Canva, Final Cut Pro or relevant softwares and Photoshop skills.
- Ability to create visual and written content and assets
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and work well in teams while demonstrating initiative.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
