Hooray Agency, a full-service agency working in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Social + Content Coordinator to join our Social Team.
The Social + Content Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of client + agency social marketing, from account setup to calendar outlines, community management and content scheduling. In this role, you will partner with account leaders to support the day-to-day success of your assigned group of accounts.
Here’s a look into what will be expected of you in this role:
- Execute social media activities on behalf of clients including: calendar planning, scheduling, copywriting, content development, community management and reporting.
- Proactively manage social channels on a day-to-day basis; engaging with accounts, reposting, searching for UGC etc.
- Develop social assets such as reels, videos, IG stories, graphics, etc.
- Attend monthly client calls to take notes, and ensure tasks are entered into project management tool
- Pull monthly client reporting, ensuring reports are delivered in a timely manner
- Provide account support for social clients such as scheduling meetings, facilitating communications, delivering meeting notes, pulsing tasks
- Attend client calls, meetings, photoshoots, site tours, corporate office visits as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITION SHOULD HAVE:
- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Ability to actively monitor and respond promptly on social channels
- Strong social media copywriting skills
- Detail-oriented work style
- Understanding of social media performance metrics
- Familiarity with Sprout Social and similar tools
- Positive attitude, team player & ability to flex with changing priorities
- Experience working in the hotel or travel industry is a big plus.
THE DETAILS:
- Salary range is $45-$50K plus benefits
- We are a fully remote organization
- Occasional travel required
- Reports to VP of Marketing & Communications
