We are seeking fluent Spanish-speakingSocial Media Content Creators.
Start Date: August 19
End Date: September 8, 2024
Available to work 7 days/week, 10-12 hours/day during the tournament (August 26th - September 8th)
The Role
Create and publish platform-specific content while ensuring brand voice is maintained across US Open Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. This includes live tournament coverage.
Follows Social Media best practices by platform; Optimizes content for each social platform in terms of sizing, relevance, and timing.
Works collaboratively with fellow content creators and takes part in regular brainstorming and pitch sessions.
Works with the broader Content Team to create unique content around key initiatives and asevents unfold in real-time.
Maintains quality control procedures and ensures all copy is fact-checked and images are brand appropriate while adhering to brand standards and established voice across platforms.
Ensures all content is properly tagged (e.g. handles, hashtags, geo-location etc.) and correct links are used.
Helps grow reach and engagement across US OpenSocial Media platforms
Leverages data to make or adjust content for improved performance
Who You Are
Fluent in Spanish is a must
Bachelor’s degree or degree in progress
2+ years of experience in Social Media and/or digital marketing fields
Strong content editing and creation skills, utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Content Management Systems a plus.
Strength in storytelling and creative activation across Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledgeable about professional tennis, the US Open, entertainment & pop culture; experience in professional sports is helpful.
Salary $30 - $40 per hour
$35 daily meal allowance during the US Open
