The SNAP CAN Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating SNAP Education & Training grant project, including marketing and recruiting for the program, and providing basic levels of academic advising, career coaching, and academic support for program participants. This position handles monthly case management, connecting students with additional financial and academic support resources as needed. Additionally, the Program Coordinator also handles tracking and reporting of student enrollment and outcomes, support services provided, performance, and related measures. The position works with data from a variety of sources to create detailed reports. Incumbents works with a wide variety of internal and external partners, including administrators, faculty, staff, and representatives from external organizations.
