Job Description
We are seeking a NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of CONSTRUCTION PROJECT on the trim side of HVAC NEW CONSTRUCTION
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interact with superintendents/project managers of builders
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinates purchases of all necessary equipment, and services for all jobs.
- Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring alignment on project schedule.
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the installation process, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reports related to HVAC installations and warranties
- Facilitate clear communication between office staff and field crew members. Offer support to senior staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
