Santa Rita Landscaping is looking for a PROJECT COORDINATOR to add to our Great Team!

We are looking for a Project Coordinator, capable of handling a wide range of administrative functions
and consistently producing top-quality work.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to
juggle and prioritize multiple, completing tasks and demands, able to handle a diverse range of
personalities . . . AND have excellent customer service & telephone skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Coordinating between administrative office team, sales team, estimating team and department
management on a regular basis
 Assist with Project Management duties as needed (entering estimates, takeoffs, updating, etc.)
 Administrative duties such as preparing and completing paperwork, preparing reports and provide
information as requested
 Work closely with Production Manager and Supervisors, vendors, sub-contractors and employees;
ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times
 Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications desired include:
 Some Project Administration experience – Landscape or construction related industry a plus
 Positive attitude with ability to work with a varied work load
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
 Highly organized, Detail oriented
 Strong background working Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
 Can take direction well by listening and asking for clarification when needed
