Project Coordinator- Commercial Hvac/Plumbing

IMCOR is one of Arizona's largest mechanical subcontractors, specializing in industrial HVAC, Piping & Plumbing Systems, Service Maintenance and Special Facility Projects.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers in the preparation of Invoices (T&M / Lump Sum) and Pay Applications, new job set up, communication with field personnel, COR’s, change orders, expediting reports, RFA’s, RFI’s, 20-day prelim notices, bonds, lien waivers, public bids preparation, prepare bid packets, financial reports, processing subcontractor/vendor invoices, collections, subcontract agreements, insurance certificates, purchase orders, RFI’s, submittals, project closeout, O&M manuals and misc. correspondence.

Qualifications / Requirements / Skills:
3 years of Accounting & Office Administration experience.
MS Word & Excel proficiency is a must. Working knowledge of MS Project & Timberline a plus.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be able to communicate effectively with others to reach deadlines.
Must be able to type 35 wpm.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Planning, organizing and prioritizing work assignments is a must.
Ability to thrive under pressure working independently and in groups.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and prepare and enter information.
Possesses excellent work ethics and a high level of maturity and professionalism.
