We’re seeking an action oriented, and results driven Project Coordinator to provide expertise in the planning, execution, and delivery of EdPlus projects, and initiatives. This role will have the ability to stay nimble among changing priorities and establish successful relationships with project and product teams, including Project Managers, Product Managers, and Executive Leadership. You will work with the team to help remove project roadblocks, manage scope, and provide timely status updates to leadership. This position will use an iterative approach to coordinate projects, focusing on delivering value through multiple releases.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinates project activities.
- Assists in project standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and maintaining the project board.
- Works with Sr. Project Manager to maintain status project tasks utilizing project management platform Jira
- Establishes and continually manages project expectations with the team; working to remove any obstacles.
- Responds to all inquiries regarding project status updates and reports.
- Builds, develops, and maintains relationships vital to project success.
- Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
Bachelor's degree. 2 years related experience; 1 of which is in project management, OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles, methods and techniques as applied to a specific project.
- Ability to stay nimble among changing priorities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of available project management applications.
- Experience coordinating IT projects.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile project methodology.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Evidence of a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Working Environment
