Motorcycles, skateboards, low-riders, hardcore/punk music, and flannels in our closets. That’s who we are and we were tired of flannels that didn’t fit well, wrinkled, shrunk, and faded. We worked hard and did it better and rolled out the first Dixxon flannel in 2013 and we haven’t looked back since!
Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator at Dixxon Flannel Co, you will play a crucial role in effectively planning, coordinating, and executing the product flow schedule systematically from design inception, through marketing phases, to the ultimate release and sale of the product. This role reports to the Marketing manager, while working closely with the Production team.
This role requires a great deal of organization, attention to detail, communication, ability to manage and inspire others while prioritizing deadlines and deliverables. The Project Coordinator will meet daily with the Production Manager and the Marketing team to review outstanding tasks, clarify issues, discuss deliverable deadlines, and confirm completion of tasks. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the release schedule and assuring each team/team member is aware of timelines and deadlines, changes and updates.
Communication and the ability to manage others are essential to this cross-departmental role. Excellent project management skills and mastery of Asana will set you apart in supporting the creative team as you build, interpret, and follow-up on all design/production and marketing tasks. Key Responsibilities:
This role will manage the product release board schedule and Asana tasks for each product for the marketing team.
Effectively communicate and coordinate appropriate tasks and deadlines across all departments in-line with the product release schedule, through all phases of the process.
Assure deliverables and activities are executed timely for each release.
Communicate the story behind each product from the creative/production team to marketing/retail team to effectively market and sell every product.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in a similar role.
● Ability to comfortably manage communication and deadlines across several departments.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Must be a self-starter and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
● Asana or similar project management software with excellent attention to detail.
● Airtable (or similar) and Microsoft Office intermediate skills.
● Familiarity with the brand, as well as the customer and applicable trends is a huge plus!
Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per year
Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm M-F, approx. 40 hours/week, extended hours as needed

Must be available to work full-time 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, in our Tempe office and available for overtime during peak season, special events or the occasional evening or weekend.
