```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of trailers and zero turn equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct inspections and perform necessary adjustments or replacements
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mechanic
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of Small Engines
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience in equipment repair
Skills:
- Proficient in Small Engine repair and trailer repair
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales experience is a plus
We offer competitive pay based on experience plus commission.
