Small account that will lead into big commercial accounts/ Hiring ASAP/

• Dust and spot clean horizontal surfaces including sills, ledges, tabletops, desktops, partitions, file
• cabinets, etc. (We will not move papers and folders unless specifically requested)
• - Check high corners and remove cobwebs
• - Dust office equipment (per client instructions)
• - Empty waste containers and remove trash and recyclables to the designated area. Replace liners
• as needed
• - Clean entrance glass and internal partition glass, removing fingerprints and smudges
• - Vacuum carpeted flooring
• - Sweep or dust mop, and thoroughly damp mop ceramic and resilient flooring
• - Spot clean and disinfect door handles, light switches, and other commonly touched surfaces
• - Clean and sanitize telephones
• - Return chairs, furniture, and waste containers to proper positions
• - Lock designated office doors upon completion of cleaning
• After hours cleanings sometimes after 3 pm sometimes after 6pm or 7pm
• 1x a week could either be on Friday, Saturdays, Mondays or Tuesday
• Extra income job
• Can make second job
• Pay rate $200-$1200 monthly

**On-Site Walkthrough** January 22th 2024 mid day we could perform a walkthrough same day as service starts to make it better for the crew.

• Relevant certification or license may be required.
• Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
