Job Description
The MT TranSCend Stewardship Lead will be a part of the finance team supporting the MD SC Digital Transformation Global Program a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 40+ major global MD ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance. Finance Masterdata is and will be foundation for a successful CFIN and Signifi deployment for MD. This role will have the opportunity to look E2E and play a key role to ensure finance masterdata is set up to ensure financial reporting in the interim and the end state is enabled and optimized.
This person will be connecting to the technical IT support, CFIN, Signifi teams and end user business finance teams to accomplish the following:
- Support the design and governance of financial master data related to Transcend ERP scope (CoA, GL, LEs, Profit Centers, material master, customer etc.) and how it support finance reporting, processes and analytics
- Partner with base business finance teams to lead master data Profiling, Cleansing, and Harmonization activities leading up to launch.
- Document all data standards to ensure compliance and unlock broad data interpretation. Embed data quality in all phases of operations
- Ensure proper SOX controls are in place in the new system environment
- Lead various testing cycles (FIT,BST,UAT) for your related work stream
- Provide input on business process scenarios, user stories, product features, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with IT and 3rd party consultants to develop testing scripts
- Lead the post go-live support activities related to your respective workstream
- Become a S/4HANA Power User/SME to help drive adoption and provide post go-live support – prior SAP knowledge preferred

Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preferably with a major in accounting, finance, IT
- 5 years of experience in external consulting, systems implementations, and/or corporate finance role is Preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint and Excel knowledge is required.
- Experience with SAP/ERP is required
- Experience in Finance Master Data required
- Supply Chain experience required
- Extraordinary attention to detail required
- High organizational skills required (Especially from a priotization perspective)
- Deployment, solutions, change management experience desired
- Experience with Test management Tools (JIRA) and Test management analytics desired
- High level degree of expertise in Excel and PowerPoint desired
- Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes
- Ability to influence and interact with impact across peers and matrixed teams
- Strong learning agility
- Ability to navigate the various capabilities across MT SC
- Good dedication, high motivation and ability to work under stress
- Amenable to work on night shift (Philippines)
- Up to 15% Travel may be required (various J&J domestic locations and some potential international travel)
