Do you love the outdoors, traveling, and have experience with heavy equipment machinery?

Heliovaas LLC. performs pile driving and pull-testing on project sites all across the country to test the capabilities of ground soil for the development of solar fields.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Site Lead / Equipment Operator to oversee multiple projects and manage a team of 2-4 workers throughout the US.

The Site Lead / Equipment Operator will have experience operating heavy equipment, be able to solve problems, and have the capability to fix and diagnose minor equipment problems.

The Site Lead / Equipment Operator will have a flexible schedule which will allow them to be on the road for at least 3 weeks out of each month (not including paid time off and vacation).

Responsibilities and Skills of Site Lead / Equipment Operator:

 Operate heavy equipment, including but not limited to; tele-handlers, backhoes, excavators, GAYK (for pile driving – training will be provided), skid steer

 Supervise and train crew members

 Ensure Compliance with safety regulations and procedures

 Coordinate with project managers

 Excellent communication and strong leadership skills

 Able to operate an iphone / tablet / email

Requirements:

 Experience operating heavy equipment

 Experience driving a truck with a trailer to haul equipment to/from sites

 High school diploma or equivalent

 Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
