- Keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments by providing information, direction, and scheduling regarding product acceptance, delivery, and storage.
- Work with others to representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
- Communication with carrier representative to ensure proper shipping and delivery of materials.
- Resolve issues related to overages, shortages and damages.
- Perform data entry.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Worked in cold environment preferred.
- High School Diploma or similar preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires the ability to remain seated for extended durations and engage in several hours of regular transitions between chairs. It also involves activities such as reaching and bending.
- Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work.
- Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks.
- May require visiting facility operation in temperatures at or below freezing.
- May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Requires the use of various electronic tools.
- Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management.
