Pennsylvania Steel Co., Inc. is a full line Metals Service Center with 10 distribution centers servicing the Middle Atlantic and Northeastern United States.
We have stocking locations in Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Virginia, and North Carolina.

We currently have an open position on 2nd Shift for a qualified individual to join our facility in Naugatuck, CT in our Operations Department.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with all Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory organization in Operations
• Process incoming and outgoing steel orders through allocation in system - (generate shippers / packing slips and additional required documentation for orders)
• Receive and process new inventory, and verify material matches manifest documents Required Experience:

Experience and Skills
• Proficiency with MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of UPS, FedEX, and Common Carrier
• High School Diploma required. College degree preferred
• Self Motivated
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
• Mathematically Adept
