- Prepares outgoing parts shipments by reviewing orders; locating, pulling, packaging and preparing parts for shipment; and determining best method for shipping package, ensuring a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Receives, inspects, reconciles, processes, records, and physically inventories all incoming parts
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications, Microsoft Office Suite applications and related departmental software (including parts inventory, ordering, and tracking systems), to include researching and looking up information.
- Demonstrates basic heavy-duty parts bus/truck parts knowledge.
- Forklift experience required; certification highly desired.
