Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Position: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

General Daily Duties:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments

- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders

- Unload, unpack, and stock inventory items

- Help to pick and pack orders for shipment

- Operate pallet jack and hand truck for moving stock

- Help unload trucks using appropriate equipment

- Prepare shipping documents and labels

- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments

- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience:

- Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving preferred

- Familiarity with basic math calculations for inventory management

- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently

- Proficient in using basic computer systems for order processing

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and vendors

- Must be able to lift up to 50Lbs

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
