Ability to understand the overall process of Shipping & Receiving Department
Able to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers in a professional and pleasant manner.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations and personalities.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues ranging from urgent to lesser pressing issues.
Must be to be able work 7am-5pm M-F with some Saturdays if needed.
Administrative
Enter customer orders/jobs in operations software
Create purchase orders
Arrange shipping for customer orders based on customer specifications
Scanning, copying, printing paperwork.
Sort files and paperwork
Perform a variety of administrative duties with every job incoming and outgoing.
Special projects or other duties as assigned based on needs of the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
