- Inventory management.
- Shipping and receiving parts.
- Schedule LTL shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items
- Ordering and receiving parts.
- Maintaining accurate records of parts and inventory.
- Assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders.
- Obtain and process customer orders for shipment or hand delivery, including receiving deliveries, retrieving and packaging and weighing products, placing labels on outgoing packages and organizing packages accordingly.
- Take orders, prepare orders for delivery to customers or ship orders to customers.
- Data entry; (customer details, vendor details, ordering parts/products, send purchase order to vendor )
- Resolve issues with customers and their orders ,answer customer questions.
- Resolve issues with vendors, follow up with vendors for our products ordered.
- Monitor inventory, work with vendors to get correct parts, and help customers find necessary materials.
- Maintain the company warehouse and service department parts through organizing, cleaning and monitoring items on a regular basis.
- Inform service department of goods received and preparing items for service calls.
- Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
- Labeling and placing merchandise in appropriate locations in warehouse and service department.
- Additional Office Projects and administrative help as assigned by manager.

- Experience of one to two years in a similar position.
Position Status: Full-time Non-exempt, Hourly.
