Inventory Control And Receiving Assitant

In conjunction with the Inventory Control Lead, responsible for disposition of multi-temperature merchandise received and warehoused with absolute accuracy, presenting a proud Company image and be the lowest cost producer within company safety guidelines.

II. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Verify product received versus purchase orders and complete data entry.

B. Correct inventory discrepancies daily in any multi-temperature storage rooms.

C. Assist the Inventory Control Team Leader to achieve 100% accuracy, accountability, and warehouse organization and cleanliness, to insure company objectives, image and expense goals.

D. Assist in slotting new items or special orders in dry, refer, and frozen areas

E. As needed, perform cleaning duties necessary to present a proud company image

F. Assist in the plan for product slot moves based on picking errors, and velocity and productivity needs.

G. Perform specific projects as assigned by upper management.

- Proven experience in Inventory Control or receiving/warehouse
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
