`Duties```
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of materials and products
- Unload trucks and containers using a forklift or other equipment
- Verify the accuracy of received items by comparing them to purchase orders or invoices
- Sort and organize received items in the warehouse or designated storage areas
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)
- Pick and pack items for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing shipments
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic math skills
- Ability to operate a forklift or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately compare information
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, and MRP systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Skills```
- Experience operating reach trucks and forklifts
- Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management
- Familiarity with MRP systems for tracking and updating inventory records
- Ability to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving processes, including order picking, packing, and fulfillment
