Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job description:
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator responsibilities include: Entering documents within time limits. Compiling and verifying the accuracy of data. Noting all discrepancies and sorting information to prepare source data for invoicing . Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Required Skills:
· Proficient typing and transcription.
· Computer and technical skills (including software knowledge)
· Organizational and time management abilities.
· Administrative skills
· Communication (written and verbal)
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Multi-tasking.
· Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
-Scan and upload the shipment’s paperwork into the server data base.
-Receive the order into our software (SAP Business One).
-Create, Print and Compile all received orders for billing.
-Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control in SAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
