Inventory Management
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent
discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for shipment and inventory adjustments.
- Organize and store products in designated areas, ensuring efficient use of space.
- Support temperature monitoring and reporting process.
Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
- Pull order information from the order system and process shipping labels.
- Accurately track shipments and reconcile in company systems.
- Receive and review customer orders by phone, email, or electronic order system.
- Enters orders into the warehouse management system accurately and promptly.
- Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, delivery instructions, and processes
according to operating procedures.
- Maintain record of all orders and ensure statuses in software are accurate.
- Prepare reports on order processing metrics and performance as required.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Label and ensure proper packing of products to prevent damage during transit.
- Identify or report any issues related to product quality or order accuracy.
- Manages customer experience from questions to researching and resolving customer issues.
Warehouse Organization and Maintenance
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized by sweeping floors, removing debris, and
arranging storage areas.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
HOW TO STAND OUT
- Prior experience operating warehouse machinery safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and
hand trucks.
- Preference is given to those who have managed warehouses or inventory in highly regulated
industries (medical technology, pharma, etc.) or with ISO certifications.
Responsibilities:
The right candidate will be able to work in both a warehouse environment and office
setting with a computer to electronically manage the ordering and PO process
through Outlook, ERP, and shipping platforms.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience working with order management systems (QuickBooks preferred).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
-3 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution center and 1 year of experience supporting
customers.
-Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
-Be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
