About the Role
Complete coordination of all resources, materials and equipment associated with the training, monitoring, and evaluating of the Drive Automotive Press Maintenance associates training program and the maintenance apprenticeship program.
Your Responsibilities
- Train maintenance associates/apprentices on the skills needed to maintain & repair industrial equipment in fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Monitor and track apprentice development in years 2, 3, and 4 when working under shop floor mentorship, and be part of that development.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to all apprentices while under the program.
- Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules, for the apprenticeship program.
- Oversee the college academics, while assisting with needs of the individuals to ensure a satisfactory completion of their associate degree.
Who we are looking for
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year experience and/or training; or Technical Apprenticeship with Certification or Journeyman Card in Industrial Electrician; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Journeyman Electrician or - 15 years minimum.
- 15 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
Your preferred qualifications
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Project, Word.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills

Pay range: $38.21 - $42.20
