Located in Lewis Center, OH we produce apparel, neckwear, toys and accessories that MAKE A STATEMENT: from stylish sweaters, warm cozy fleece jackets, and weather-resistant nylon jackets, to comfortable and durable harnesses and collars + leads in both timeless & fashion forward patterns. Most of our business is to domestic wholesale buyers (retail pet stores) and direct to online retail customers. We are currently working on building an international presence as well.
The Warehouse Associate position is full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. Overtime/weekend shifts are extremely rare and typically only happen a few times a year. The warehouse staff includes the Warehouse Manager and 2-3 Warehouse Associates. It is important to us that all staff arrive to work on time as well as show up everyday.
Our warehouse workers do everything in the warehouse - counting inventory, picking orders, shipping orders (ground and freight), receiving shipment, unloading trailers, using handheld scanner, checking computer for orders/internal communications, paperwork, etc...
Typical day starts out with everyone picking and shipping out orders that came in over night. Picking and shipping orders will generally take up either about half your day or your full day. After all orders are shipped out, that is when we will complete other tasks of receiving in inventory, cycle counting inventory, handling returns, restocking the bins we pick from daily, general warehouse cleanliness tasks (like breaking down boxes, taking out trash, sweeping), or any other task the Warehouse Manager assigns.

- Basic Computer Proficiency - feel comfortable using a computer daily to complete tasks
- Ability to lift 15-30 pounds repeatedly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

- Prior warehouse experience is not needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
