Job Overview:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will support Aptim Federal Services Civil IJO Shop 536 at Ft. Moore by completing daily administrative tasks to include: submission and tracking of service orders, purchase orders, and expense reports; timekeeping reporting and submission; preparing and distributing memos, letters, and emails; maintaining all information bulletin boards within the shop; vehicle inspections, tracking, and dispatch; supply, equipment, and material inventory, issue, and turn in to include forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Daily time entry and overtime reporting for all shop employees.
Various daily/weekly/monthly reporting and filing.
Preparation of weekly safety topics and sign in sheets to be turned in to Safety Manager.
Track and complete service orders and enter completion notes in Maximo after work has been completed.
Monitor Fuel Books, Credit Card Logbook, and Key Control Book.
Conduct monthly mock Fire and Building Energy Conservation inspections.
Daily distribution run to various sites as needed to deliver/receive paperwork.
Other job duties as assigned.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience being a Shipping and Receiving Clerk
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid State Driver's License
- Meet requirements for: pre-employment physical, drug screening, background check, and MVR check (MVR points are subject to company policy)
