Shipping and Receiving

Servo Solutions, Inc. is looking for an individual to work in our shipping/receiving department. The individual will be responsible for Shipping and Receiving customer and vendor parts. Individual will also be involved in cleaning and painting to prepare jobs for shipment.

***This position is not for a forklift driver*** Forklift is only a small portion of the day.

Job duties include:

· Matching customer paperwork to our RMA's and entering data into our tracking system.

· Maintaining cleanliness.

· Prepare shipments; build boxes, crates, pallets and/or other shipping containers packs items to ensure safe delivery.

· Prepare bill of ladings; checks items to be shipped against paperwork to ensure that quantities, destination are correct.

· Collect and verify all shipping documents against any received shipments. Following our receiving process proficiently and thoroughly.

· Receive and unload incoming materials and compare information on packing slip with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment.

· Inspect shipments for damage or defects; record discrepancies or damage and notify supervisor and/or Quality personnel.

· Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment, may assist in routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Requirements
A successful candidate must be a team-oriented person with good communication skills.

· Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance occasionally during the workday.
· Is dependable
· Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to communicate verbally, read and write in English

· Show a high level of job-related knowledge

· Show a high level of quality

· Follows set attendance/punctuality policies

· Takes initiative

· Good Organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
